As we make most of your jewellery from scratch, we are happy to accept custom orders. However, as these orders are upon request and will not be able to be sold on our store, please have in mind the following;

 

✓  pre-payment in full is required as soon as you confirm that you wish to proceed to your custom piece

 

✓ once we've started processing it, we do not accept cancellations, and no refunds can be made

 

✓ as our pieces are handmade, no 100% accuracy can be guaranteed
