All our pieces are handmade & made to order usingonly raw, natural and organic materials. This means that once you have placed your order we then make the piece especially for you, and that each picture is sumject as some shapes, sizes and colours can slightly vary.

Since all our pieces are made-to-order, the full pre payment is required at th time of the order.

We do worldwhide standard shipping. Shipping cost is calcualated based on your zone, and is freee for all orders over 150,00. Once the order is ready you will receive an email with the tracking number so you can check your parcel's status online.

Due to all our orders being made to order, we can only accept returns if the item you've received is faulty. In this case you have 3 days from the moment that you've received it to report it at info@monejewelry.com. Exhanges can only be done in rings, in case you've ordered the wrong number, with the cvost of 7.00E for the postage.
